Our experience
The consultancy, based in Scotland, was founded and is led by Tim Dent who has over 20 years ‘frontline’ operations management experience in both the public and private sectors. Having worked as a senior consultant and senior manager in various sport and leisure organisations throughout the UK, Tim understands the challenges facing organisations and managers.
As well as providing the customer with comfort that they have hired someone who has ‘done the job’, they can have confidence that solutions will be practical, realistic and effective.
In addition, Tim has taken a keen interest in the development of the sport and leisure profession and has contributed to the industry as Chair of the Institute of Leisure and Amenity Management (ILAM) in Scotland, as a facilitator at national conferences and lecturer at the University of Edinburgh.
In his own time Tim participates in a number of sports. He is an active member and volunteer of several community sports clubs, where he coaches football and cricket.
