Facilities
Facilities strategy
Quite simply a facilities strategy looks to improve the quality and widen access to facilities. In order to do this it needs to answer the questions:
- What have we got?
- What quality is it?
- What do we need?
- How will we address this?
How we can help
Progressive organisations are likely to have addressed these questions and have a plan for at least the next 10 years. We can help:
- Audit existing provision
- Map your catchment
- Determine community need as opposed to 'want'
- Establish supply and demand and the under or over supply gap
- Consult with your community
- Recommend a way forward.
Feasibility studies - New, upgrade or replacement facility?
